At ABridalShoe.com, we insist that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We provide you with 30 days,
from your date of order, to return your item if not completely
satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your
shoes for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges, with no
questions asked. Sale shoes are only returnable for a site credit,
there is no refund to your credit card.
Shipping charges on all returns
and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns of 2 or
more items will be subject to a $10.00/order restocking fee. You may
exchange your unworn shoes for any reason within 30 days of order.
While we do not cover the shipping fee incurred by returning the
original shoes back to us, we will ship out your exchange at no
additional shipping fee.
The following requirements need to be met for any exchange or refund:
Please complete the back of your
original packing slip with your name, telephone number and the reason
for the return in the box. If you have lost your packing slip, you may
print a return form from our home page.
Your item must be unused and
repackaged as received.
Please try shoes on with stockings and wear on
carpet.
Shoes with scuffed soles or toe marks are not returnable.
Your
returned item must be received within 30 days from the date of the
order or it will be shipped back at your expense.
No dyed, worn, or
soiled items will be accepted for return or exchange. If an item is
dyed, worn, or soiled it will not be refunded or exchanged, but can be
shipped back to you at your expense.
Evening bags must not have been
used and must be in original packaging.
Shipping charges are
nonrefundable.
Delivery Confirmation from the U.S. Postal Service is
recommended.
We cannot be responsible for
anything lost in shipping.
Shoes must be returned in original shoe box
INSIDE a shipping carton.
Please do not tape or staple the shoe box. Please do not use the shoe
box as the shipping box. Please allow up to two weeks for processing –
we will send you an email notification when your refund is issued.
